Sunny in the 60's

They don't come much nicer than today.

I ran six miles, plus or minus a half mile or so. Not knowing EXACTLY how far I just ran is a pretty big departure from how I used to go about this. It's not that I am too lazy to measure it out, it is just that I don't care. It was a good run with really nice weather. No heart rate monitor, free and easy.

Re your last 3 blog entries: Arising early for exercise sounds great. I'm a morning person, so I guess it's easier for me. Unfortunately, my cat recently decided 4:30 AM is "rise & shine time"!!!

I enjoy word puzzles/codes and easily deciphered your 1st sentence - and was quickly lost on 2nd sentence.

Sounds as though today was a great weather/running day - Continued good runs.

My best,
L

1. Put the cat in the linen closet or the garage and it can rise and shine whenever it wants.

2. The first and last letters are in place, the rest is jumbled. The mind is azmanig really. The book title is Advanced Marathoning.

3. Thanks for your comments.
