This is about getting and being better, about believing in being extraordinary. Primarily, we are going to talk about my running. Other stuff may creep in, but mostly this is about training for my first master's marathon.
Remove the running, cycling and swimming, leaving an injured author with only moulding projects and reading, and all of a sudden the content of this blog has become drastically less creative and interesting. I mean, "test?" That's the best you've got?
We need to get you back up and running just to get some good material back on this site.
The scary thing is that, even with the leg injury, there's a high probability that you would still beat me at Wood River, even if it were run tomorrow. Ugh.

Tough crowd...yes indeed, tough crowd. I'm not going to get lynched here, am I? :)
And really, thanks for the warm get well wishes, D! That ankle will eventually turn again, and my memory is long......mooohaha!
Bad memories . . .
