Short term plan
Here is my recovery plan for the next 24 hours:
- Tonight I will lift and catch fast balls.
- Tomorrow morning, I will swim.
- Then I will come up with anything to avoid finishing the moulding!! Did I actually write that?
This is about getting and being better, about believing in being extraordinary. Primarily, we are going to talk about my running. Other stuff may creep in, but mostly this is about training for my first master's marathon.
