Thanks! (Sadly, it is more about being selfish than disciplined sometimes. But the half ironman stuff will be done soon!)
Very impressive series. Your last set (off road!) was better than the prior three. Really nice work, and you're going to tear up that easy triathlon over in Wood River (if you run it this year).
