Dragon myself out of bed
Okay, so the picture turned out HUGE. I am working on getting it right in a trial and error type of way. YOUR job as the reader is to appreciate the intricate play on words and the subliminal imagery!

I used my heart rate monitor again today. Basically, it was kind of like when I first started using it, hard to stick to a consistent rate. But I now know that this just takes a couple runs and some getting used to.
By the way, the dragon is a Taipei Night Market (snake alley) purchase. I am sure the seller is still telling the story about how much he took the American for. But I REALLY like it.

Actually, I really liked the photo of the dragon - very clear and a strong message.
I think I got the play on words (Dragon out of bed), but I'm working on the subliminal part. An early guess it refers to feeling grumpy and fiery to have to rise so early???
Continued good runs with the heart monitor.
My best,
L
Then I guess it was successfully subliminal! I am never grumpy nor fiery, am I?
The digital pics are great! Although, I am not so sure what I think about that dragon. He looks a little scary. :)
So we have this alter-ego to look forward to out in the wilderness? Hopefully the hard, cold ground will not awaken your inner dragon once again.

N,
I will keep it in check, I assure you. (I DO listen)
